DELIVERY INFORMATION

• Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 24 working hours after payment was received.
• The Customer will be notified via SMS or e-mail when the product leaves dispatch.
• Product will be delivered door-to-door if this shipping option was chosen.
• DSV Distribution courier services assist CUM Books in making National parcel deliveries.

IMPORTANT

• It is the customer’s responsibility to choose the correct shipping method and to make sure that the address is correct.
• The Customer must make sure that there will be someone at the given address to receive and sign for the product during working hours. 
• Delivery charges will be calculated according to the delivery address chosen: National or International.
• Please make sure of the delivery time to avoid disappointment (see delivery details on every product)
• All International and Cross Border parcels will be sent via the South African Postal Services
• Should you provide a postal address CUM Books will not be responsible for any delays or damages, you will be responsible to file a claim with the South African Post Office.
