If we have delivered a faulty or damaged product, please accept our sincere apologies. We will do our best to exchange the product. If a replacement is not possible to process, we will refund the purchase price to you.
How do I return an item?

- Include your order number, item number to be returned, and reason for return.
- Supporting photos are appreciated.
- Remember to include your contact details in the email
- Alternatively, you are welcome to give us a call on 086 011 0321
- Online purchases may also be returned at any CUM Books store. Please bring along a printed copy of your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
