Apologetics

Apologetics, in Christianity, is the study and practice of giving answers for the reasonableness and truth of the Christian faith. the word apologetics itself stems from the Greek word apologia, which means simply an answer given in reply.

The goal of apologetics is to both fortify the believer against personal doubts and to remove the intellectual stumbling blocks that inhibit the conversion of unbelievers. It’s a branch of study used in both theoretical understanding of Christian spirituality as well as offering practical tools for evangelical work. Apologetics helps people with their doubts, their questions, and their struggles, and teaches us to speak in the language of today’s culture.
