Life is busy as it is - you simply don’t have the time or the patience to sit around all day and wait for delivery. Many scenarios of missing your delivery are a thing of the past when you choose Click & Collect! Don’t put your life on hold to wait for delivery - choose Pargo Click & Collect and get your online order when and where it suits you best.
You will receive SMS and/or email notification as soon as your parcel has been delivered to your chosen Pargo parcel point and is ready for collection.
Delivery will take place in 3-5 working days from the date at which Pargo received the parcel from the sender. Add 2 more days for outlying areas. If the parcel has still not arrived after 5 working days, please get in touch with Pargo’s customer support team so that they can resolve the issue.
Valid identification and your unique Pargo PIN, which you would have received by email and/or SMS. If someone other than you is collecting, they’ll need their ID as well as a physical or digital copy of your ID and Pargo PIN you’ll receive via SMS and email.
A unique, randomly-generated PIN you would have received via email and/or SMS on confirmation of order.

Yes. The person collecting will have to bring your ID (or a copy) and unique Pargo Code.
